Wheat flour, water, vegetable fats and oils, Rice flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Store Frozen Puff Parathas in the freezer. Do not defrost the puff parathas as it may give a sticky feel to the dough. Preheat the Tava, remove the plastic layers covering the puff paratha and place it on the hot Tawa. Heat the puff parathas for one to two minutes until it turns golden brown. Additional oil is not required. Serve the hot puff parathas with ketchup, chutney, or curds. The parathas can also be used to make pinwheel bites, puffs, and paratha twists.
