Store fish fingers in a refrigerator and get it back to normal room temperature. The items do not need to be thawed out before being fried. Deep-fry fish fingers in boiling oil until it turns a golden color. Make sure to not over fry fish as it may lose its crispiness and color. Enjoy along with your favorite sauce. If using the oven, preheat the oven to 200 degrees centigrade. Coat the baking sheet with some oil and place the fish fingers on the tray and bake for about 20 minutes until it turns golden brown. Fish fingers can also be grilled. Preheat the grill for 10 to 15 minutes. Brush fish with oil; keep rotating occasionally until the fish becomes crispy and golden. Do not overcook the fish. Serve hot.
