Chicken Meat (72%), Onion ( 10%), Soya Granules (4%), Semolina (4%), Iodised Salt (1.7%), Isolated Soya Protein (1%), Ginger, Garlic, Spices, Preservative Nitrite (E-250) and Acidity Regulator (E-451).
The Chicken Tandoori Seekh Kebab has been frozen and packed properly and hygienically to ensure its taste and flavour is not lost. Keep the item in the freezer until ready for use. When ready to make your seekh kebab, thaw the product until it’s room temperature or defrost in the microwave for 120 seconds. To cook, heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs for three or four minutes. Take it out and garnish it with finely diced onions. Serve with mint chutney or a sauce.
