Chicken Mince(35%), Ref. Wheat Flour (29%), Onion (22%), Water (12%), Ginger, Coriander, Soya Sauce, Oil, Garlic, Salt, HVP. Contains Wheat & Soy
The Frozen Chicken Momos should be kept in the freezer until ready to be used. You can prepare this product by either steaming, frying or deep frying the momos. To steam, fill three-quarters of the steamer pot with water and bring to boil. Place the momos on a well-oiled perforated tray and place inside. Close the pot and steam for approximately five to eight minutes. Enjoy your soft and juicy momos. To fry, pour enough oil to lightly cover a non-stick frying pan and heat the oil. Place the momo pieces and let it fry for a few seconds. Pour a little water and cover the pan for 3 minutes so the momos can steam. Take the momos out when the water has evaporated and the base is golden brown. Enjoy your juicy and yet crispy momos with your sauce. To deep-fry, pour enough oil in a deep pan and heat it up. Place momos carefully into the oil so that it is submerged in it. Fry until golden brown and crispy, ready to be dipped into a sauce and snacked!
