Chicken Meat (71%), Water (12%), Breadcrumbs (7%) [Wheat Flour, Yeast, Iodised Salt, Permitted Bread Improvers, Class ll Preservative Calcium Propionate (E-282), Acetic Acid (E-260)], Refined Vegetable Oil (2%), Batter (2%) [Refined Wheat Flour, Cornstarch, Iodised Salt, Emulsifier Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose (E466)], Iodised Salt (1.8%), Soya Protein Isolate (1.5%), Spices (1.2%), Corn Starch, Wheat Fibre, Vegetable Oil, Stabilizer (E-407), Acidity Regulator (E-451) and Preservative Nitrite (E-250).
Keep the Frozen Chicken Fingers in the freezer until you are ready to use them. Make sure to thaw them and bring them to room temperature before cooking them. You can prepare this product by either deep-frying or roasting them. To deep-fry, Heat enough oil in a pan so that the chicken fingers can be submerged. Put in the thawed fingers and fry them until they turn golden brown and have a crispy exterior. Take them out and place them on paper towels to drain the excess oil. To roast, preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius and place the chicken finger pieces inside on a tray. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until hot, flipping the pieces halfway through the cooking time. Enjoy a healthier variant of Chicken Fingers that uses almost no oil.
