A) For Deep Frying: Heat Oil in a Pan for Deep Frying. When the oil becomes hot turn the burnner to a medium flame. Immerse the frozen fingers into the oil. Allow the fingers to deep fry until throughly cooked. A properly fried chicken finger is golden brown. Remove the cooked fingers from the oil to plate covered with paper towels to absorb the excess oil & serve. B) For roasting : Pre heat the oven to 220C. Place the frozen Chicken Fingers in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake until hot, about 10 to 12 minutes, turning the ]fingers halfway through cooking time. Due to variations in ovens, cooking times may vary.
