Patties are flattened ground meat usually mixed with grains and vegetables. The ingredients are mixed to form a round shape and served in numerous ways. Sometimes patties are used inside the crust of the pastry and then fried or baked, while some other times they are breaded. Patties also come in veg forms that are prepared only using cereals, vegetables, soya, and tofu products.
