Chicken Salami is a sausage prepared by the curing process. It first became popular in Eastern, Southern, and Central European nations. Once sliced, it can be stored at room temperature for up to 35 to 40 days.  Traditional salami has a marble appearance and is usually made from pork or beef. But in the modern world, poultry meats are also used to prepare salamis.
