We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
The selected product will be delivered only in the city it is mentioned as “available” on this Site.
We will arrange for shipment of products to you. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the product’s delivery to you.
Shipping of products shall be subject to the policy and guidelines laid down in the website from time to time which user may please go through.
Frozen Basket is not responsible for any delays in the shipping of users ordered and purchased product/s, lost or missing product/s or the incorrect delivery of the product/s to user, which is due to user’s fault or due to inaccurate, false or incomplete information provided by user.
Delivery Slots and Timelines:
- Frozen Basket shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver products of acceptable quality to the delivery address (specified by the customer on the registration form) within the time windows selected by the customer but Frozen Basket shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Frozen Basket.
Order Received Earliest Delivery Time
Before 12:00 pm Same working day between 1:00pm and 4:00pm
Between 12:00pm to 4:00pm Same working day between 5:00pm and 8:00pm
After 5:00pm Next working day between 9:00am and 12:00pm
- No delivery services shall be available on Public Holidays and
delivery slots are subjected to availability.
- The customer is to notify Frozen Basket immediately of a change to his delivery
address and contact number.
- Frozen Basket will consider the order delivery “failed” in the following cases
- Delivery not done due to wrong address.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
- In case of floods/ heavy rains/ national bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the
delivery for another date.
In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also, the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the delivery challan copy and returned to the delivery person.
Variation / Cancellation of Order:
The customer may vary or cancel the order up to the point in time that Frozen Basket has commenced processing the order and the customer will not incur any cost in doing so.

Frozen Basket reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product due to any of the below reasons:
- technical issues related to pricing information.
- non-availability of the product(s).
- payment problem identified by fraud detection department.
This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.

If Frozen Basket suspects any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, spar at sole discretion could cancel such orders. Frozen Basket will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
While every effort has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. Frozen Basket reserves the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the prices indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, Frozen Basket will give a full refund of all money received from the customer. Frozen Basket has full right to cancel any order which does not fall under the service criteria and/or is not from the city, pin code or area where spar is currently not servicing.
Frozen Basket will do free home delivery for order value of Rs.1200/- and above. however, home delivery charges of Rs.50/- will be charged for order value which is less than Rs.1200/-
Delivery slots are subject to availability. In case, user’s preferred delivery slot is not available, user will be prompted for next available delivery slots.
Frozen Basket will try to ensure delivery of all products ordered by user, however due to unforeseen issues, there is possibility that Frozen Basket may not be able to deliver a product ordered by user. User will receive a mail notification from Frozen Basket customer care informing user about items that Frozen Basket cannot deliver.
It is user’s responsibility to count and check all the products while accepting the products as per user’s order. No dispute will be entertained by Frozen Basket once user accepts the products at the delivery location. Delivery person will come with an invoice and user can check invoice and all products.
In case of any issues with honoring the delivery slot from Frozen Basket side owing to circumstances beyond Frozen Basket’s control, user will receive a call from Frozen Basket customer care.
